Towering 400 feet above the surrounding prairie, Enchanted Rock State Natural Area is one of the most popular destinations in Texas

Imagine standing in Texas and looking down to see a massive pink granite dome rising hundreds of feet above you

You look around and find your eyes drawn by massive formations towering at the top of a canyon

It sounds like a scene straight out of the Hobbit, but it’s actually just one of the many sights at Enchanted Rock
